Review: We Saw 7 Din Mohabbat In & Our Verdict Is Not Pleasant
Let’s see how beneficial was the extended holiday weekend for the Eid releases in Pakistan.
7 Din Mohabbat In
The Mahira Khan starrar, despite receiving mixed reviews has been going strong at the box office. It made 1.5 crore on day 1 and saw good growth on day 2 by earning 2 crore.
The film’s two-day total stands at a strong, 3.5 crore and it is strongest in the multiplex circuits in Punjab, Islamabad and Karachi.
Azaadi
Moammar Rana’s patriotic outing was panned by many upon its trailer release. However, Azaadi’s box office run has left many quite surprised.
The film has approximately made 2.5 crore in two days with the second day recording an estimated growth of 45%. It is strongest in single-screen circuits and expected to end the extended weekend at just under 4 crore.
Wajood
With Wajood, veteran actor Javed Sheikh returned to the director’s seat after a gap of almost two decades. The big screen outing however, does not seem to be paying significant dividends to the beloved actor/director.

The film made an estimated 50 lakhs on day 1 and saw a decent growth of about 40% on day 2 bringing its total to 1.2 crore.
However, given its budget, this is not a very healthy total. Unfortunately, going by the trend, things are unlikely to look-up for Wajood in the coming days.
