Latest in the series of high profile hacks is the website of Khyber Pukhtunkhawa government.
Identifying themselves as Pashtun Cyber Army, the hackers directly attacked PTI and its mandate in the province. Using the party’s slogan, they posted, “Tabdeeli aa nahi rahi, Aagayi hai! (Change is not coming, it has already arrived) We got in your system.”
The messages posted by Pashtun Cyber Army targeted the ruling party, made personal attacks on Imran Khan and shamed the people of Pukhtunkhawa for electing PTI.
As an “after thought” the hackers also posted, “Don’t take away our credit and put it on RAW.” They also warned about more cyber attacks in the coming days.
The website, it seems has been suspended by the provincial government until its original data is recovered and re-loaded.
