In the last 72 hours fans of the popular Netflix series, House of Cards have received one bad news after the other.
It all started when actor, Anthony Rapp in an interview with Buzzfeed accused Kevin Spacey of making unwanted sexual advances at him in 1986. Rapp was only 14 years old at the time while Spacey was 26.

As much as the fans want the show to stay, they are equally unwilling to give Kevin Spacey a clean chit on accusations of pedophilia. The troubled fans are now clamoring for a spin-off series that centers around the character of Clair Underwood (Robin Wright).

Whether or not a spin-off will happen is anybody’s guess. However, House of Cards is among Netflix’s most viewed shows and so if enough people demand a spin-off, the web series might just receive a lifeline.
