Wasim Akram Sheds Light On His Conversation With Babar Azam

Wasim Akram has revealed what had said to Babar Azam while the later was fielding at the boundary line during the Karachi Kings’ game against the Multan Sultans.

Wasim Akram Explains What He Had Said To Babar Azam

Former skipper and President of Karachi Kings, Wasim Akram has received criticism from different quarters for apparently scolding Babar Azam while the Kings captain was fielding at the boundary line. In the video below a very angry Wasim Akram can be seen talking to the premier batter.

Critics apparently weren’t too impressed with Akram’s behavior particularly, because Babar Azam also leads Pakistan across formats and so eventually, he had to issue a statement to clear the air. While shedding light on the incident, Wasim said, “Hello ! Surprised to see reactions on my talking to Babar at the boundary last night. What I was saying was ‘why our bowlers are not bowling yorkers or slower ones outside off’. Nothing else. Babar is a wonderful boy and has tried his best.”

It is worth mentioning here that Karachi Kings have lost a record eight straight games this season and are yet to register point with only more matches to go.
