Pakistanis reacting to Imran Khan’s “small men” tweet was probably the most hilarious thing that happened this weekend. It all started when newly elected Prime Minister, Imran Khan wrote a letter to his Indian counterpart in order to arrange a peace dialogue between Foreign Affairs Minister of Pakistan, Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj during the ongoing UNGA session in New York.

Initially, the Indian government reciprocated positively and agreed to the proposition. However, a few hours into the decision and the External Affairs spokesperson canceled the meeting directed at resolving differences between the South Asian archrivals.

India’s negative response was condemned across the political spectrum in Pakistan for being a spoilsport and the need for talks to address the reservations was reiterated!

It was then that PM Imran Khan took to Twitter to express his disappointment in Delhi’s decision.

His words landed like a bomb on the Indo-Pak internet and we could see mixed reactions coming from both Indians and Pakistanis.
