PCB Suspends Haider Ali And Umaid Asif Before The #MZvPZ #PSL6FINAL
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has suspended both Haider Ali and Umaid Asif after the duo was found guilty of breaching the bio-bubble protocols. Hence, both of them will not be available to Zalmi for the final of PSL 6.
PCB in a press release while explaining the development said, “The two cricketers were found not to have interacted with any other squad members at any time after the incident and have been placed in room isolation.”

Sohaib Maqsood Replaces Haider Ali For Pakistan’s Tour To England And The West Indies
PCB has also replaced Haider Ali with Sohaib Maqsood for the upcoming tours of England and the West Indies. The development then comes down as a major blow for Haider who might find it very difficult to make a comeback in near future in the national side particularly, if Sohaib Maqsood who is in brilliant form gets going.

How Big A Blow Is It For The Zalmi?
Both Haider and Umaid weren’t really in outstanding form and hence, there is no doubt that Zalmi can manage the big game without them. Nevertheless, the incident is likely to disturb the dressing room environment before the big day and hence, Zalmi will now have to show plenty of resilience when they meet the Sultans today.
