Abid Ali who went through a heart surgery a few months back is hopeful of staging his international comeback when the green shirts play their next Test series in Sri Lanka. It is worth mentioning here that the opening batsman was in top form and was considered as Pakistan’s first choice opener in the longer version of the game before the selectors were forced to rest him owing to a heart ailment.
