Try these ultimate hacks to get up early in the morning if you are also not an early riser like me.
Getting out of the bed in winter mornings is literally the hardest thing ever, and even harder is sticking to a routine. If you’ve also been trying to fix your sleep schedule, and trying to start your day early, these five tips can surely come in handy.
1. Having a separate Alarm Clock, Not one on your phone
Phone alarms aren’t as effective as an alarm clock that is placed on the other side of the room. This will force you to get out of your bed to switch it off. Once you’re out of the bed, you’re ready to start your day, and not put it on snooze again.
2. Keep your devices away from you
Looking at your smartphones or any other device for that matter before hitting the bed sends your brain signals that you’re charged and not ready to sleep.
According to a sleep disorders specialist, Harneet Walia, MD,
In order to get a good night’s sleep, you need to give your mind some rest, and stay away from your devices at least an hour before going to bed.

3. Drink lots of Water
Hydration allows you to reduce sluggishness and help in improving the quality of sleep. It also helps your body get rid of toxins and reduces stomach cramps. Win!
4. Sleep Early
The earlier you sleep, the more time you get to sleep. This will help you get at least 7-9 hours of sleep, which will eventually keep you energized through the day. And not only that, once you’ve had enough sleep, you’ll easily get up in the morning.
5. Have a light dinner
Go easy on those carbs! The lighter the dinner, the better and easier the digestion. This will prevent stomach cramps, bloating and you can have a good night’s sleep.
