On International Women’s Day i.e. 8th March, women in Pakistan, like many other parts of the world, gather and march to demand their rights.
The annual Aurat March raises its voice against the patriarchal mindset that leads to several issues that women face on a day to day basis in Pakistan.

But obviously, we have all these self-appointed custodians of morality who can’t digest the simple fact that women too are human beings born with their own set of rights.

And just when Pakistani cyber space was once again coming to life with proponents and opponents of Aurat March drawing verbal daggers at each other, this guy, Adeel Afzal, quite literally stole all the attention with his prologue.
The prologue starts off by praising the Azeem Pakistani Muashra.
O(!) and here are two gentlemen perfectly describing the Azeem Muashra Adeel Afzal was talking about!
Adeel reminds us that we, the Pakistani people respect our relations like no other society…
And the wonderful stereotypes set by this Azeem Muashra protect women from everything!
After detailing every form of violence that an average woman faces and describing every unjust expectation that our society has from our women, Adeel concludes his video by reassuring us all that “They,”(the patriarchs) “Won’t see the facts because if they do face the truth, how would they then claim that indeed, we live in an “azeem muashara?”
