Why Sarfaraz Ahmed Did Not Wanted To Play The Third T20
Media reports have quoted sources as saying that Sarfaraz had run out of patience after being ignored throughout the tour and that the 33 year old wasn’t amused at all when he was finally given an opportunity.

So, Who Convinced Him?
The sources then have also confirmed that T20 captain Babar Azam, head coach cum chief selector Misbah-ul-Haq and batting coach Younis Khan convinced the wicket-keeper batsman to play in the final T20 of the series after assuring him of his place in the squad.

What Misbah-ul-Haq Had To Say On The Matter
While commenting on the matter and defending Sarfaraz’s reservations Misbah-ul-Haq said, “I would also have done if I were in his position. Any player can have concerns when given the final match of a tour and that’s what Sarfaraz also had. He had pressure that if things don’t go his way then he could be in trouble.”
