Media reports leave no doubt that the remaining matches of PSL 6 or the sixth edition of Pakistan Super League that was postponed owing to a rise of COVID19 cases within the bio-bubble will be staged in UAE.

Multiple media reports suggest that Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to shift the remaining matches of the prestigious tournament in UAE. The development came after franchise owners requested PCB to make the move following a spike in COVID cases country wide and after Indian Premier League (IPL) was postponed owing to similar reasons..

Change In Schedule Likely

It is almost certain that there will be a change in schedule which means that the tournament won’t begin from June 01. Also, there is a probability that PCB will schedule two games in a day to save time and ensure that the tournament is done with well before Pakistan travel to England which they are supposed to later in the month.

It is also likely that chartered flights will be arranged for travel while PCB will rent three separate hotels that should then be enough to manage accommodation of two teams per head.
