Shan Masood has not really been prolific in his stop-start Test career so far. He has neither scored runs regularly nor has been able to prove that he has got a wide range of scoring shots. Still, for reasons that lack justification he has been selected for an ODI training camp!

Pakistani selectors then, really need to explain why the 28-year-old has been preferred over other deserving candidates such as Sahibzada Farhan.
