Pakistan announced their 15 member squad for the first T20I against New Zealand that is scheduled to be played tomorrow. Shadab Khan then has also been announced as the skipper for the game and the three match series.

Pakistan’s 15 member squad announced for game in conversation include the following players.

Shadab Khan (c), Abdullah Shafique, Faheem Ashraf, Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Hussain Talat, Iftikhar Ahmed, Imad Wasim, Khushdil Shah, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Rizwan (wk), Sarfaraz Ahmed (wk), Shaheen Shah Afridi, Wahab Riaz.

All-rounder Shadab Khan is all set to lead Pakistan during the T20I series in New Zealand. While announcing the squad Shadab said, “It is an honour for me to lead Pakistan for the first time. Babar Azam will be missed but his absence is the best opportunity for new players to show their abilities.”
