Nathaniel Veltman — a twenty-year-old terrorist has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder and manslaughter of Muslim family members in the London, Ontario attack. He worked at an egg packing facility and was “prone to anger” as stated by a psychologist in legal documents, CTV News reported.
Veltman ran down Salman Afzaal, his wife Madiha Salman, their daughter Yumna, and Salman’s mother Talat Afzaal with his truck in a premeditated attack on Sunday. The couple’s nine-year-old son, Fayez was hospitalized with serious injuries in the carnage.

According to an eye-witness taxi driver nearby, Nathaniel was wearing body armor, a military-style helmet, and clothing that allegedly had swastikas on it. He said the driver was laughing as he was taken into custody. He even asked the cab driver to make a call as he had “killed someone.”
Veltman did not have any ties with the Muslim family, neither has he been linked to any hate groups, yet, media reports suggest.
The suspect was arrested about 7km near the crime scene in London, Ontario.
He and his twin sisters are the eldest of six siblings who are aged between ten to twenty. The alleged attacker’s mother is a professional trainer while his father works at a technical college.
Nathaniel Veltman is scheduled to appear before the court in London on Thursday over the alleged murder of a Muslim family in the brutal Ontario attack.
