CM Punjab Usman Buzdar in a reshuffle in his cabinet removed Fayyaz ul Hasan Chohan as the provincial information minister appointing Dr. Firdous Ashiq Awan as the Special Assistant to Chief Minister on Information.

Fayyaz who previously held two ministries has now been left with the portfolio of the Colonies Minister only.

But what is hilarious here is the fact that when Fayyaz Chohan was asked about this change, he was absolutely clueless about what had happened.

Firdous Ashiq awan replaced Javaid Akhtar as special assistant to the chief minister on Information who then took to Twitter to express her gratitude to the Prime Minister and Chief Minister.

This is the second time Fayyaz Chohan has been removed from the information portfolio. Last year in March, he was dismissed after backlash on his derogatory remarks directed towards the Hindu community.

Later, in December he was appointed again as the information minister replacing Mian Aslam Iqbal.
