It’s time that you say goodbye to that persistent belly fat and add crunches to your daily routine.

Crunches exert pressure on the ab area putting your body in a symmetrical shape. You just have to lie on your back with feet planted on the ground putting your arms around your head. Now, all you gotta do is exhale, lift, inhale and back to starting position.

3. Running

All of your fitness problems can be solved with one addition in your routine and that is running. Walking, sprinting or jogging involve movement within the entire body exerting pressure on all of your muscles. It also reduces the risk of heart related diseases and stroke.

4. Plank and Side Plank

Planking involves lying in a push-up position but the pressure should be on your elbow and arms. It puts strain on the abdominal and upper body area giving your body some real good shape.

Lunges is a great leg workout. You can start off by standing straight and curving one leg at a time to a 90-degree angle. It is great for strengthening the legs and hip area and also helps boost your stamina.
