Cricket Pakistan while quoting Saud wrote, “As a professional cricketer, you always strive to adapt to the conditions wherever you go and make an effort to perform. I couldn’t quickly adapt to the experience of playing on a drop-in pitch, and as a result, the performance did not come as expected. However, accordingly, I will try to make an effort in the future. When I go back to Australia on the next tour, I will try to make the best use of the experience I have gained,”

“We discuss and review a little bit after each tour. After the completion of every tour, we review how I could have performed better and what mistakes I made. I will prepare myself better in future. It’s not like I wasn’t doing all this before going to Australia; even before going there, I was preparing properly. But, it didn’t work.”
