Ramiz Raja in a recent video statement praised skipper Babar Azam and said that he plans to come up with a breaking news with regard to pitch development in Pakistan.

Ramiz Raja Praises Babar Azam
The chairman PCB while praising Pakistan’s captain across formats said, “I always say that leadership matters in cricket. When you give confidence to the leader and allow him to make decisions, he shows ownership towards everything — team, performances, disasters. He becomes transparent and brave. Before India’s match, I had told the team that they should not worry about results. But this is a pit stop, and we have a long way to go.”
While referring to Pakistan’s recent victory in Bangladesh the 59 year old said, “And we should not take Bangladesh as a light opponent, they defeated Australia and New Zealand.”

Says “Breaking News” On Pitch Development To Follow Soon
Poor standard of pitches in the country has been a matter of concern for long and so, while addressing the issue the chairman admitted that pitches in the country were “overkilled and overused” and that performance of the national side won’t improve significantly unless there is improvement. Nevertheless, he had some good news to give when he said that a “breaking news” with regard to pitch development will follow soon.
