With the series still wide open, there seems little chance that Pakistan will rest Mohd. Rizwan who is due for a break since long. Therefore, the green shirts are once again expected to open with skipper Babar Azam and Mohd. Rizwan. Shan Masood, Iftikhar Ahmed, Khushdil Shah and Asif Ali are also expected to retain their place in the side that Pakistan fields today however, there is a good chance of a change in batting order. Chances of Asif receiving a promotion in the batting line are bright particularly in case the top two or three bat out half the overs of the Pakistani innings.

The return of Shadab Khan who was rested for the Karachi leg of the series is also almost certain. Usman Qadir then is expected to be left out while Nawaz too is likely to keep his place. Wasim Jr., Haris Rauf and Mohd. Hasnain are also expected to feature in today’s match once more.
