Netsol Hires Security Guard’s Daughter As A Developer & Faith In Humanity Is Restored

Recently, this news did rounds on social media which read that Netsol – an American software company in Pakistan had hired its security guard’s daughter as a developer at his workplace. This news just restored everyone’s faith in humanity and was such a heartwarming gesture from the IT company.

According to multiple news sources, the daughter got employed as a software developer at the company after she completed her Bachelor’s in Computer Science.

Social media users loved the gesture and were appreciative that Netsol hired its security guard’s daughter as a developer, and they encouraged other organizations to do the same.

“That’s called real “Corporate Social Responsibility”! She joins after completing her BCS with a scholarship from his father’s organization Netsol Technologies,” wrote one user.

One of the social media users explained that the girl had been hired through a scholarship program that aids its low-paid employees in supporting their children’s education. He further said that more companies should follow suit and introduce such programs to facilitate their employees and to help transform Pakistan in any way possible.
