Mehwish Hayat took to Twitter to share her stance on the ongoing tension between Iran and US condemning the killing of Qasem Soleimani.
Mehwish said, “Can’t believe that just 72 hours into 2020 & the world is already teetering on the edge of war.”

Out of nowhere, Aamir Liaquat jumped in to fire off his sexist remarks on her opinion. He called her out for tweeting against Pakistan’s policy calling her an “item girl”.
Mehwish Hayat didn’t hold back and shut him down by telling him that it is her “democratic right to have an opinion”.
She further asked what “happened to the case you were filing against me for “Load Wedding”? I have been waiting with bated breath .”

Previously, Aamir Liaquat claimed to take Mehwish Hayat and the rest of the crew of “Load Wedding” to court because “the entire movie revolved around him.”
