The Pakistan Medical Commission announced the result of Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2020 on late Tuesday night. PMC announced the number of passing students along with the students who appeared for the exam. Adding that the result can be viewed on the website.
This has caused a frenzy among the students, who are not happy with the results and are demanding justice from the ruling government, PTI. They have banded together to run a protest against the unfair results.
Using hashtags #MDCAT2020 and #SaveourFuture, they are voicing out their complaints online. These are two of the top trends on Twitter right now.

Calling the existing government ‘Tyrannical,’ students are demanding justice running online protests.
Protests running in full flow
Their complaints vary from getting unfair marks to being marked absent in the exam while they appeared for it
Asking PMC to look into this matter
Because their future is at stake
While the aspirants are bereaved and furious both, others are trying to pacify the situation or maybe not
While others are supporting the students for their efforts and bravado for appearing in the exams despite the challenging environment
2020 has all been about rejections after all
Let’s hope justice prevails and let’s give it to the students for taking the exams even after their syllabus was changed all of a sudden and that too during the COVID-19. Kudos!
