Younis Khan while talking to media in Karachi has expressed the hope of seeing Pakistan perform big during the #ICCWC23 and so, here is a look at what else the former top-order batter and Pakistan captain had to say.

#ICCWC23: Younis Khan Expects Pakistan To Reach The Semi-final Stage

While talking about Pakistan’s chances in the upcoming ICC world cup Younis said, “I feel very confident that Pakistan will make it to the top four in World Cup. Because there are match-winners in the side who can win you matches any day. There is a need to plan strongly for each game. We have good fast bowlers as always and they will be our strength. We need to play as a unit.”

On the other hand, while talking about Pakistan’s match against India Younis said, “Match against India has always been a pressure game. Babar needs to make plan A and B to win against India.”

It is worth mentioning here that Pakistan is number two in the ICC ODI rankings. Skipper, Babar Azam leads the batting charts while openers Fakhar Zaman and Imam-ul-Haq are placed on three and four respectively.
