Ever since India revoked Article 370 taking away Indian Occupied Kashmir’s status as a special territory, everyone on both sides of the border seems to have something to say.

From politicians and journalists to limelight celebrities across the board, Pakistanis, especially, have not allowed the clamour on Article 370 and its impact on Kashmiris in IoK to die down.

On the surface, Mehwish Hayat’s tweet seemed quite alright. However, there was a glaring mistake in Hayat’s tweet that most people overlooked: she wrote Article 307 instead of Article 370.

Cyril Almeida, was not one to overlook this mistake and was quick to point it out.

Shortly after Cyril Almeida reacted through the “retweet with a comment” function, Hayat deleted her tweet and re-posted with the correction in place.
