Quetta Gladiators have always been consistent in PSL. Hence, it is no surprise that they have managed to win all three games that they have played in the tournament this year. So, despite the fact that it is too early to predict a winner; here is a look at reasons because of which Quetta Gladiators look favorites to win the PSL 4.

Sarfraz is just coming out of an ICC ban and has had a tough few months as the captain of Pakistan cricket team. Hence, he has had rest and is out there to prove a point. His batting form might not be as good as people would expect. Still, he is one of the best leaders in the world as far as the T20 format is concerned and looks hungry and determined to cross the line during PSL 4 like never before.

They Have The Fire Power

Shane Watson, Umar Akmal and Rilee Rossouw have all shown brilliant form during the event. Even Sarfraz Ahmed and DR Smith have looked decent during the little time they have had in the middle. Hence, with batsmen in form and with firepower visible in their playing eleven, they for sure, stand a better chance than other sides.

Overseas cricketers like Kevin Petersen and Shane Watson had refused to visit Pakistan and that was one of the major reasons why the Gladiators couldn’t lift the trophy during the previous seasons. Watson still might not come but there are no issues as of now with other foreign players. Local cricketers like Umar Akmal, Mohd. Nawaz and Sohail Tanvir too seem to be in red hot form and thus, given the scenario Gladiators without a shadow of doubt are the favorites to win this year’s PSL.
