Talash The Movie Is Releasing On Nov 15 & This Is Why You Should Book Your Tickets For The Weekend!

Zeekay films production is releasing its debut movie, Talash on 15^th November and the big screen will finally showcase some emerging talent.

The film is a rom-com that aims to raise awareness about malnutrition in Sindh while being a source of entertainment for its audience.

What goes to this film’s credit is the fact that with Talash, the production house will mark the entry of not one but three young actors into the world of cinema. These include, Noaman Sami of Maa Sadqay fame, Faria Hassan who received attention for her role in Lekin Wo Mera Ishq Tha and Ahmed Zeb who has made a number of television appearances in the last couple of years.

Zeeshan Khan a.k.a Zeekay while talking about his motivation behind the subject of the film shared that in the years 2017 and 2018 he worked with the Department of Health in Sindh and Balochistan to raise awareness about malnutrition. It was then that he felt that the issue needed greater attention and decided to make it the topic of his first feature length film.

However, despite being an issue-based film, Zeeshan promises to keep its entertainment quotient intact. The audience will receive sufficient doses of drama, romance and comedy as the narrative pans out on 70mm.

Screening at UN Headquarter

Thanks to its profound subject matter, Talash is also the first Pakistani feature film to be screened at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
