Remains Cautious About Amir’s Chances
Sarfraz remained cautious while discussing Amir’s chances and hence, his interview leaves the impression that the south paw as of now has a fifty fifty chance of making it to the tournament.

Shows Little Confidence In Hasnain
The skipper while talking about Hasnain pointed out that the fast bowler requires more time to develop. Moreover, he also expressed the desire to go in with bowlers who were capable of bowling tidy lengths and with good discipline. Hence, Sarfraz seems to have little confidence in the teenager and most probably would not want to risk playing him during the mega event.

Shows Faith In Malik
Sarfraz also showed faith in Shoaib Malik and clearly stated that he wants the senior middle-order batsman to be part of the squad.
