More than 25 thousand overseas Pakistanis showed up to show their support to PM Khan at Capital Arena One in Washinton DC.
Enthusiastic chants of “Pakistan Zindabad” filled the stadium making it the first time that a Pakistani leader was able to inspire such fanfare beyond Pakistani soil.
Overseas Pakistanis were All Praise
A Washington based Pakistani, Khurram Saleem, while speaking to Bolo Jawan shared, “The whole atmosphere was absolutely unbelievable! The crowd was so incredibly charged and we all felt so immensely patriotic! This is definitely going to have a good impact on the Pakistani community living in the United States.”
Prime Minister Imran Khan will meet US President Donald Trump on Monday as part of his official engagements during the visit.
