Saim Ayub Under Massive Pressure
Saim Ayub as of now is playing under massive pressure and therefore, it makes sense to allow him more time to settle down at the international level. For that to happen, it is pertinent that he is given an opportunity to bat down the order where he would not be under pressure to make the best use of power play.

#PAKvsNZ: #BabarAzam Is In Good Form
The former skipper is in good T20 form at the moment and so, there is no harm in giving him more overs to bat for the country. Also, his track record as an opener over the years, has been fantastic. Therefore, it is just obvious that Pakistan should employ him at a position where he has delivered the most.

A Shortage of Options
Frankly, Pakistan doesn’t have too many options. They have tried Saim Ayub but the experiment has failed. Fakhar Zaman has settled well down the order and hence, going back to the successful opening combination of Babar and Rizwan seems to be the only choice left prior to the T20 world cup which is scheduled to take place later in the year.
