Nawaz Sharif Is Leaving For London & Pakistanis Are Royally Upset!

If we skim through Pakistan’s history, in most cases when a politician has been jailed or has gotten into any trouble their health starts to deteriorate. And the only cure to their illness lies in travelling abroad!

Same has happened with three times elected prime minister Nawaz Sharif who is expected to leave for London tomorrow via an air ambulance after Lahore High Court allowed him to leave for four weeks on medical grounds.

Ever since the news of Nawaz Sharif receiving a clean chit to travel to London has surfaced, Pakistanis seem to have all sorts of questions to ask from the “system.”

Political opponents are taking lead in asking tough questions. Take Secretary General of Pakistan Awami Tehreek for instacne who is questioning the incumbent government for not treating the poor people with “justice.”

Aren’t courts supposed to make decisions on merit, this girl wonders.

This guy is asking for the same leverage for general public that currently Nawaz Sharif is receiving.

The law is not equal for the people of this country as these guys believe.

Then there are those who who are thinking about all the other prisoners who are in need of a medical treatment, just like Mian Nawaz Sharif.

People are equal parts furious with the UK for regularly allowing Pakistani politicians who are wanted – and in this case convicted – for corruption safe passage into its territory.
