PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz faced backlash over a tweet (now deleted) exposing Nawaz Sharif’s ties to Israel.
Opposition leader retweeted the tweet of Founder and Director of UK based Islamic Theology of Counter Terrorism- ITCT, Mr. Noor Dahri’s interview to Israeli TV channel i24TV. In the interview Dahri told how PM Imran Khan’s advisor, he didn’t name who, visited Tel Aviv in an attempt to normalize relations with Israel.

Noor continued to tell in the interview that this is not the first time in the history of Pakistan, as former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Benazir Bhutto also sent delegations to Israel to normalize relationships.
This whole event took internet by the storm, meanwhile #MaryamexposedNawaz started trending on Twitter. Maryam took the tweet down as it eventually exposed her father’s ties to Israel, even though it was an attempt to malign the PM.
Maryam Nawaz faced huge backlash over her tweet and the ruling party’s official twitter account shared a screen recording of how the Vice President PMLN deleted her tweet.
