Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son who has been imprisoned in Arthur Road jail for the past two weeks, was arrested on October 2 in the cruise drug case by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB). His most recent bail hearing was on October 14, when the order against his case was reserved. The hearing was scheduled for today by Special Judge VV Patil, who denied his bail.

A bail plea verdict for Aryan was delivered today in a Mumbai court. Previously, senior advocate Amit Desai and advocate Satish Maneshinde filed a bail application for Aryan’s release after he was transferred from NCB custody to judicial custody.
Bail applications for Aryan’s co-accused Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were also denied. According to Aryan’s legal team, he will file a petition with the Mumbai High Court.

The Mumbai police haven’t recovered sufficient evidence against Aryan Khan yet they have denied the bail again and again. This reasoning and logic have got the people talking. They are unable to see their favourite Khan in a problematic situation and are willing to fight it out for him.

Shah Rukh Khan’s fans have taken to Twitter to collectively call out the authorities using the hashtag #FreeAryanKhan.

They are plain outraged.

Others don’t want him to give up.

Meanwhile the majority of them are plain sad for the young boy.
