Coke Studio Season 12 Promo Gives Pakistanis Goose Bumps!

The first promo of Coke Studio Season 12 was released on Friday, becoming an instant sensation with Pakistanis who had been eagerly awaiting the return of the iconic music show.

This was expected, given the fact that through its 12-year journey, Coke Studio has graduated from the realm of a televised show to become an important part of the Pakistani identity.

Needless to say, shortly after the two-minutes long trailer was uploaded across social media platforms, reactions began pouring in from enthusiastic fans.

The line-up this year had everyone cheering!

Atif Aslam fans led the pack, rooting the loudest after the release of the promo of Coke Studio Season 12.

Coke Studio Season 12 marks the return of music maestro Rohail Hyatt as the producer of the show. After stepping back in, Hyatt did some major changes within the house band. The revamping meant piles of paperwork, which became the primary reason for the delay in this year’s season. The line-up of artists is also a departure from the last few years with Atif Aslam, Hadiqa Kiani, Sanam Marvi and Frieha Pervez returning to the show after a hiatus.

With the trailer out, we cannot wait for the show to finally begin! The first episode is slated to go on-air on 11th October 2019 and going by the enthusiasm of music lovers across the country, we reckon it won’t be an easy wait!
