Historic #PakvsEng T20 series is all set to commence tomorrow in Karachi when the two sides meet for the opening game of the seven match rubber. It is worth mentioning here that both teams are scheduled to play against one another in Pakistan for the first time in nearly 17 years.

Upper order batter, Shan Masood is likely to play at the number three position instead of Fakhar Zaman who has been left out of the squad owing to a knee injury as well as because of his poor form during the recently concluded #AsiaCup2022. It should also be Shan’s debut in the format.

Mohd. Wasim Likely To Replace Mohd. Hasnain

Hasnain who played the #AsiaCup2022 final against Sri Lanka is likely to make way for Mohd. Wasim who is expected to return to action following an injury.

Pakistan might also give young batter Haider Ali an opportunity ahead of Khushdil Shah however, there is a fifty fifty chance of such a change because the current team management is known for persisting with players and not experimenting too much. Still, with the #T20WorldCup2022 only a month away, Haider is expected to be given a proper chance during the home series against England.
