The entire world has gone in self-isolation as the only precautionary measure from COVID-19 is nothing but this. The situation is highly depressing and there are many who are facing anxiety.
The best approach during self-isolation is to stay positive, be creative and productive and there isn’t a better way of doing this than getting your body in shape.
Here are 10 workout routines that will help you keep up your physical fitness during self-isolation!
1. Get to Walk
We all have sufficient space in our homes for walking. Do a 15 minutes brisk walk before you start your workout.
2. Rope Skipping
It’s very important to build your stamina and improve your breathing. Rope skipping will do the trick for you.
3. Planks
Need to improve your posture and reduce belly fat? Do planks. Three repeats of a 60 second plank will increase your muscle definition and properly test your stamina.
4. Push-ups
Push-ups are known to be the best workout routine. 3 sets of 50 push-ups daily will boost your chest, triceps and shoulder muscles.
5. Dumbbells
Workouts are never complete without dumbbells. If you have them then make good use of them by combining different exercises.
6. Squats
Always add squats to your workout routine to focus on your quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, abdominal muscles and lower back muscles.
