While speaking to media after the 69th Board of Governors (BoG) meeting, chairman Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ramiz Raja has voiced the desire to hire Mattew Hayden again ahead of the T20 world i.e. scheduled in Australia later in the year. He also explained that the board intended to take onboard coaches for international assignments on part-time and on when and as required basis.

Ramiz Raja Wants To Take Onboard Matthew Hayden Again
Raja while commenting on former Australian batsman, Matthew Hayden’s possible appointment as Pakistan’s batting coach ahead of the #T20Worldcup in Australia said, “We will try and bring Matthew Hayden once again to work with Pakistan team during World Cup in Australia.”

While further explaining that PCB plans to hire local players on part-time and on when and as required basis Raja said, “For example, if you travel to Sri Lanka, than we can take services of Muttiah Muralitharan or Chaminda Vaas. It can be useful for us.”

Raja also revealed PCB’s plan to introduce foreign coaches in the next domestic season and so, while commenting on the matter he said, “At least three foreign coaches will be appointed with first-class teams for the upcoming season.”
