Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has written a letter to DG Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) and Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) in which the country’s mainstream political party has requested the concerned institutions to intervene and deport social media activist Cynthia Ritchie, who recently made defamatory comments on Twitter against Pakistan’s former Prime Minsuter i.e. the late Benazir Bhutto.

Pakistan-based American blogger and columnist Cynthia D. Ritchie while commenting on the Uzma Khan case brought PPP’s late leader Benazir Bhutto in the conversation.

As expected, ever since the incident, Cynthia Ritchie has received plenty of criticism from the PPP leadership as well as from the political party’s supporters.

While condemning the concerned tweet Senator Sherry Rehman reported it to the micro-blogging website i.e. Twitter.
