The green shirts are likely to make 2 changes i.e. Nassem Shah is all set to make way for Hasan Ali while either all-rounder Faheem Ashraf or leg spinner Zahid Mahmood are likely to play ahead of Iftikhar Ahmed.

Australia on the other hand have confirmed one change i.e. leg spinner Mitchell Swepson will be allowed debut at the expense of Josh Hazlewood.
