Pakistan beat England by nine wickets today to secure a Test victory at Lord’s. The last time Pakistan won a Test at Lord’s was in 2016 under the captaincy of Misbah-ul-Haq.

However, today’s triumph was especially remarkable given the fact that the boys in green neither had the experienced batsmen that Misbah had two years ago nor was the bowling attack seemingly a match against England’s superior line-up.
Thus, to have won despite all odds suggesting otherwise is a huge boost for the young lads who drove Pakistan to success at Lord’s today.
