Pakistan’s 5 match ODI series against Australia begins today. With quite a few first choice players rested, a lot of new cricketers are expected to make their ODI debut during the rubber. So, here is a look at Pakistan’s ODI debutants to watch out for during the next one week or so.

Shan Masood
Shan Masood has been in prolific form and therefore, is almost certain to partner Imam-ul-Haq in absence of Fakhar Zaman who has been rested. A good series for Shan can actually result in him replacing the out of form Fakhar and hence, it would be interesting to see how he manages to deal with the pressure against an Australian side that after beating India is on the rise.

Mohd. Abbas
Mohd. Abbas despite being a regular and pretty much a star of sorts by now at the Test level is still yet to make his debut in the limited overs formats. Nevertheless, the series seems to be an ideal opputunity for the pacer to prove his worth and become a regular member of Pakistan’s ODI side as well.

Mohd. Hasnain
Mohd. Hasnain impressed everybody with his pace during the recently concluded PSL. If the 18 year old is able to deliver the goods during the 5 match series then there is every likelihood of him replacing an out of form Mohd. Amir in Pakistan’s playing eleven during the world cup.
