Meera Jee who was stuck in the US because of the suspension of flights finally returned to Pakistan on Wednesday.
Meera (or should we call Syeda Irtaza Rubab Meera) shared the news of her return to Pakistan on her Instagram with a video from the airport.
The Baaji actress had gone to the US for the shoot of her film and had been requesting the government for her safe return home.
The video is a “special shoutout to the Pakistani Embassy and Pakistani Consulate, both in Washington DC and NYC.”
She added, “These people go out of the way to help you and they went out of their way to help Pakistanis including me and that I witnessed.”

She also asked her fans to follow the instructions of the government amid the pandemic.
Earlier, a video had gone viral on social media in which Meera had pleaded with the government to bring her back to the country.
As per reports, the actress is now quarantined at a local hotel in Lahore where she’ll spend 15 days before heading to her own home.
