After a lot of anticipation, trailer of the much-awaited Pakistani film The Legend Of Maula Jatt was finally released a week ago. The stellar cast includes Fawad Khan (Maula Jatt), Hamza Ali Abbasi (Noori Nath), Humaima Malick and our dearest Mahira Khan in lead roles.

Expected to be one of the biggest projects to come out of Pakistan film industry, the trailer received heaps of love from not only the viewers but also celebrities, especially from across the border.

A Bilal Lashari directorial, The Legend Of Maula Jatt is an attempt to retell the age-old rivalry between Maula Jatt and Noori Nath, the two most iconic characters of Lollywood.

Now, there is no doubt that the two and a half minute video looks majorly inspired by Game of Thrones in terms of looks and setting. However, this cannot take away from the fact that aesthetically it is something that has never been done or seen before in our nascent industry and the visuals keep the viewer hooked throughout.

Given all the hype, Mawra Hocane, a renowned Pakistani actress, also couldn’t contain her excitement after watching the trailer and took to Twitter to shower The Legend Of Maula Jatt team with love and good wishes.
