Faisal Vawda, PTI’s Federal Minister for Water Resources, infamous for his antics, is again in the public eye for wielding a military boot to ridicule opposition parties, especially PML-N.

In the middle of the live talk show, Off The Record, Faisal Vawda put a military boot on the table and said that, “I would to take this boot to every program to tell that this is today’s democratic PML-N.”

Qamar Zaman Kaira (PPP) and Javed Abbasi (PLM-N) were also present at the show but to record their protest, both the politicians left the show.

This bombshell move by Faisal Vawda didn’t just startle the audience but other TV shows couldn’t resist talking about it either.

Zara Hat Kay gave a rather witty analysis of Faisal Vawda’s military boot analogy.

Aaj Shahzeb Khanzada Kay Sath invited Rana Sanullah to decipher PML-N’s reaction over Faisal Vawda’s critique.

Ever since this incident happened on Off The Record, netizens are having a field day talking about Faisal Vawda.

People are displeased over this act of Mr Vawda and are of the view that “media should boycott” him.

There are also those who are supporting Vawda for “exposing politicians.”

PTI almost always seems to have a favorable regard for army but since last night people are taking Faisal Vawda’s move against the army and are expressing their rage using the hashtag #PTIDisrepectsArmy.

People are saying that he should be “disqualified” for disrespecting the army.

Many were quick to judge the entire PTI leadership and were not taking it as an individual move but considering it PTI’s standpoint.

So far there has been no word from other members of PTI regarding this incident. Maybe they want to weather the storm but it would be appropriate if someone speaks up and clears the party’s stance on the issue
