Azhar Mehmood has blamed the team management for Hasan Ali’s injury and so, here is what Pakistan’s former bowling coach had to reveal.
Injured In The Gym
Azhar Mehmood indirectly pointed finger at the Misbah-ul-Haq led team management while explaining that Hasan Ali was made to dead lift over 100 kgs of weight at a point his body wasn’t ready to do so. Hence, the poor training technique resulted in the pacer sustaining injuries to three of his ribs on both sides of the body. Thus, too much emphasis on gym training has eventually resulted in the 25 year old missing out on an opportunity to represent the green shirts for over six months now.

Too Much Of Expectations Following The ICC Champions Trophy Triumph
The 45 year old Azhar Mehmood also explained that besides Hasan Ali’s injury, the burden of public and media expectation that developed following the ICC Champions trophy triumph also made way for the youngster losing his way at the international level. Thus, Hasan began to struggle because of that and was never really able to keep the good work going.
