Hamza Ali Abbasi Sent Out an Insensitive Tweet
#KulsoomNawaz Inna lillah e wa inna aleyhey rajioun. May Allah have mercy on her soul. Its a request to please not disrespect the deceased by politically manipulating her death & giving opinions like Nawaz & Maryam should be freed because Kulsoom sahiba died etc etc. Please! pic.twitter.com/QdrfGN0Zx6

Controversy’s favourite child, Hamza Ali Abbasi angered many when he sent out a rather insensitive tweet shortly after the news of Begum Kulsoom Nawaz’s passing away became public.
The actor and political activist came under immense fire for politicizing Begum Nawaz’s death with scores of PML-N supporters criticizing him for his insensitivity.
I strongly believe it wasn’t PMLN who have exploited #KalsoomNawaz or her illness to gain sympathy or anything but people like Hamza Ali Abbasi and many more who dragged her into this discussions to cause political harm to NS family.

Once the video went viral on various social media platforms, foreign minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was forced to recall the High Commissioner and demand an explanation for his irresponsible behaviour.
