Here’s how the audible transcript of the video goes:
Johnson to Macron: “Is that why you were late?”
Trudeau replies (instead of Macron): “He was late because he takes a 40-minute — 40-minute press conference off the top.”
For a few seconds French President Macron can be seen talking animatedly, however he is inaudible.
After a cut in the footage, Trudeau is heard saying: “You just watched his team’s jaws drop to the floor.”
Trump was never mentioned by name in the video but the press conference gave the US President’s identity away.
The US and French Presidents had held a rather tense joint press conference a day earlier on the sidelines of the NATO celebrations.
During the presser, Donald Trump had announced that the next G7 moot would beheld at Camp Davis. The “long faced” reference made by Trudeau was in relation to the US President’s announcement that had caught his team off guard.

Donald Trump called Justin Trudeau “two-faced” after hearing about the viral video from the press.
Trump did quickly add, “But honestly he’s a very nice guy,” but by then the shot had already been fired.
Trump also said that Trudeau was probably upset with him for calling him out for not contributing Canada’s pledged 2% to the NATO fund.
Probably unhappy with being mocked, Trump also sent out a tweet saying that he had decided to leave the summit early.
British Prime Minister Boris Johnson was quick to deny that they were talking about Trump.
“That’s complete nonsense, and I don’t know where that has come from… I really don’t know what is being referred to there.”
