Fawad Khan to be the First Guest on Koffee With Karan

Thanks to the immense popularity of Pakistani drama serials and music, our stars are quickly making their mark internationally. Some of the country’s most sought out imports include Ali Zafar, Mahira Khan, Atif Aslam and of course Fawad Khan.

Gone are the days when Pakistani stars were expected to play second fiddle in Bollywood movies. Today their popularity among the Indian audiences coupled with their acting prowess has ensured that Pakistani actors take center stage in the projects that they undertake cross the border.

It is because of this mass appeal and love from the audiences that Fawad Khan is slated to appear as the first guest in the fifth season of the popular chat show, Koffee with Karan.

The hugely popular show that is hosted by celebrated film producer and director, Karan Johar is expected to go on air this fall. While the final date is yet to be announced, it has been confirmed that the first episode of season five will see Fawad Khan take on the famous couch!

It is speculated that either Deepika Padukone or Alia Bhatt will feature as the second guest.
